Also, it\u2019s slow during the last week of the year so I guess let\u2019s go:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Spiro_Agnew\">Spiro Agnew<\/a>: Clearly the spirit of Spiro is best embodied in Southwest Airlines and its controversy over the reasons behind possibly the <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/12\/28\/us\/southwest-airlines-canceled-flights.html\">worst airline meltdown in history<\/a>, making its big brother Delta (Nixon) look like an angel in comparison.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dan_Quayle\">Dan Quayle<\/a>: I don\u2019t think anyone needed to think hard about this one \u2014 Plastiq is the Dan Quayle of payment processors for plenty of reasons, but most notably because their SPAC Colonnade <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/publicapologycentral.com\/apologia-archive\/political-2\/dan-quayle-potato-incident\/\">has an extra \u201cn\u201d<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Al_Gore\">Al Gore<\/a>: Hilton embodies Gore\u2019s drive, for <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/loyaltylobby.com\/2022\/12\/10\/hiltons-extends-gold-diamond-fb-credit-instead-of-breakfast-worldwide-for-motto-brand\/\">inventing the \u201cbreakfast benefit\u201d<\/a>, which <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/origins.osu.edu\/history-news\/gore-did-help-invent-internet?language_content_entity=en\">wasn\u2019t actually new<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dick_Cheney\">Dick Cheney<\/a>: Clearly <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/milesearnandburn.com\/index.php\/2022\/12\/26\/the-meab-2022-bonvoyed-awards\/\">Marriott Bonvoy<\/a>, because it <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dick_Cheney_hunting_accident\">shoots its members<\/a> in the face.
