So, you know that if I\u2019m writing about it it\u2019s probably worth taking a look, and now there\u2019s a twist that indeed makes it worth a look: If you <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.doctorofcredit.com\/chase-sapphire-preferred-100000-points-offer-annual-fee-waived-in-branch\/\">apply in branch, the annual fee is waived <\/a>for the first year and you still get the 100,000 Ultimate Rewards sign-up bonus after $4,000 spend. Of course make sure you don\u2019t hold a Sapphire card currently, you haven\u2019t had a Sapphire bonus in the last four years, and that you\u2019re under 5\/24. Or just go for an Ink Preferred 100,000 offer and skip most of the nonsense, though you will pay the $95 fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Chase <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/churning\/comments\/nu7ukf\/daily_discussion_thread_june_07_2021\/\">green star offers are back<\/a>. As a reminder, these offers bypass the usual 5\/24 and prior bonus restrictions. To see if you\u2019re targeted, log in to your Chase online account, click the hamburger menu icon (\u2630) in the upper left, click on \u201cJust for you\u201d, and look for offers that have a green star or black star icon.<\/p>\n<p>Personally, Chase punked me with my only green star offer.
